Hi, my name is Rick Diaz. I thank you so much for visiting my webpage.  I am 55 years old and am in desperate need of a kidney.  Last fall, I suddenly became very ill. I couldn't function, I was constantly tired, and could not get out of bed.  At the recommendation of my family and primary care physician, I got lab work done. I found out I was in kidney failure.  After many hospitalizations procedures and the start of dialysis, I am now seeking a live donor to donate a kidney.

To share some of the background of my life; Shortly after high school I enlisted to serve my country in the United States Marine Corp. I later attended bible school, which is where I met my wife, Anna. We have been happily married for 28 years and we have 4 wonderful children. Our 4 children are a combination of biological, domestic adoption and international adoption.  I want to live long enough to see my grandchildren and live a long fruitful life with my wife and my family. 

Please consider donating a kidney to me.  Donating a kidney is 2-day hospital stay, plus a couple of weeks of outpatient visits. I have been approved and multi-listed at 4 hospitals located in Indiana, Minnesota, Florida, and Arizona. Donor application testing is done at your local hospital regardless of transplant location.  There is no need to travel for donor testing. Testing is of zero financial cost to you regardless of the testing outcome. Of course, the transplant is of zero financial cost to you. Also, there is an organization named DONER SHIELD which can be applied to. They can reimburse for travel expense and lost wages.
